Filming Children

For young people under 18 get parental consent to use an image for promotional purposes. Make sure parents and carers are aware of your organisation's photography policy. Ask parents to sign a consent form for use of their child's images and keep a record. In our case, we would make sure that both the children and the parents were completely aware and happy with our policy about filming, and know what the use of the video would be. In order to achieve this consent, we would have the parents sign a parental release form for minors.
